Design for Manufacturability

Design for Manufacturability begins with understanding your concept and continues through design, prototype and production phases of the project.

Mold flow analysis software gives our designers the ability to quickly develop your component on screen while simulating the optimum molding process. This ensures your critical features will be met prior to mold construction which reduces the need for costly and time-consuming rework of the mold.

Mold Making

Broadway Tooling brings many years of tool building experience in constructing high quality, low maintenance molds that meet our customers' most demanding specifications.

Using the latest CAD technology, our tool designers create a robust design that will maximize efficiency in production and promote tool longevity. Broadway tool designers create computer geometry of the mold which is used by CNC programmers to design the electrodes and create tool paths, which are then downloaded to CNC equipment.
